Bill and Pam Ray ABOUT OUR COMPANY:

We've been serving Morris County since 1974 and began expansion into Sussex County in 2005.  Our owner and president, Bill Sylvester, believes strongly in running this company with a hands-on approach.  He is personally involved in each and every project, guaranteeing that the quality of workmanship and professionalism meets or exceeds his own high expectations.

Cunningham Siding has been a proud member of the Better Business Bureau since 2003, which ensures ethical business standards and practices are followed.

The Daily Record rated us as one of the top five companies for siding installation in Morris County.  We are also the proud recipients of the Alcoa Golden Hammer Award for our excellent reputation in the remodeling industry and our involvement in the community.

We are always properly insured with worker's compensation as well as general liability coverage. This may seem incidental to the business, but there are many people offering services without proper coverage which puts the customer as well as the contractor at risk for enormous damages should the unthinkable happen.

ABOUT OUR STAFF:
We are very proud of our crew and often get compliments on how enjoyable they are to work with!

Owner/President - Bill Sylvester has worked in this business since 1986, and with Cunningham Siding since 1993.  He took over the company from the original owner, Don Cunningham, in 2002.  "I really enjoy the business and meeting new people.  I'm a spiritual man, and believe in complete honesty when operating our business.  We want our customers to be completely satisfied."  Bill is on the job all the time, and personally installs a good majority of products himself.

Office Manager - Pamela Sylvester is Bill's wife and business partner.  She handles all calls and office responsibilities.  She not only takes care of the management of the office, but that of the family as well!  Really though, this is a true partnership in every sense.

Lead Foreman - Stephen Anacker has been with us since 1994 and was trained by Bill himself.  It gives Bill great pleasure to see how far he has come.  He is reliable, does neat work, and everyone who deals with him enjoys his easy-going personality.

Foreman - Ray O'Callaghan has been with us since 1998 and keeps everyone busy.  Also trained personally by Bill, he is a very hard worker and is responsible for keeping Cunningham Siding's image clean.  At the end of the day, we often get compliments on how neat our job sites are, even after the removal of old siding.
